Case Studies and Testimonials
I was asked to work with a young dog who had been badly abused and rescued.
He was very scared and timid, and was very depressed.
I was asked to communicate and reassure him, and explain what was happening, as he needed medical treatment due to the abuse.
After chatting with him and explaining that he was now in his forever home, and was loved and would be cared for, he felt able to share his feelings.
We had a long communication and he was able to accept that he needed a leg amputated, as the abuse had left it in a sorry state.
After the operation, we had another session to reassure him again, and he was still wary, but was starting to open his heart.
His human described him, even the very next day after the operation, as being like a different dog, fully accepting of his missing leg, and much more confident, knowing he was loved.
